It is a 3 month plan designed to get you into the best shape of your life, allow you to maintain it long term, without even having to think about it.

We combine Coach Placid’s 3 main pillars of health. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Buford personal training is going to implement these systems into your life and it’s going to get you your results. So why train with us? Because we want you to reach your fitness goals. On average, our clients see results in as little as their first four weeks of working with us. They also report an increase in energy within their first 10 days.  But the way we do this is very different from any other personal training service. It starts with having a success roadmap. Your personal trainer is going to create a success roadmap for you with step-by-step processes to your results. It’s not going to be those cookie-cutter workouts that happen at other gyms that are designed to keep you active and moving, but not actually reaching your fitness goals. The second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly and monthly accountability meetings with metrics with you to keep you on track to your fitness goals. We will talk about your wins for the week, how your meal pictures have been, and what your goals are for the upcoming week.

At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a workout session with your personal trainer, you won’t hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that. You are going to hear from your personal trainer every single day. We are also going to give you a personalized nutrition guide, which is going to give you very fast results and allow you to keep them forever. This is going to give you some freedom in what you eat, while still having you eat healthy. So that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. This is worth $300, but is included for free with all of our personal training packages. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included and often cost more than $300 to have a custom meal plan. We are also going to give you a private environment. This small size guarantees you get the 1-on-1 attention you need with a fitness family on your side. We like to keep our groups small to no more than 4-5 people working out together at a time. At other gyms, there is no privacy. People are working out in big groups, leaving you lost in the pack, seeing little changes, and getting frustrated. Then 2 months later, you are looking for a new place to work out.
