On average, our clients who train 3 days a week lose 17 lb or 4% body fat in just their first month of working with us. These are 30 minute workout sessions that keep you moving the entire time with little rest in between exercises. However these workout sessions are very different from any other personal training service. Your Buford Fitness coach creates custom tailored workout plans for each individual client based on their needs and fitness goals. This does not happen at other gyms as most trainers create a generic workout plans that are the same for each of their clients. We don’t do that here because we are big on combining coaching with training. Our detailed coaching strategies allow for permanent results inside and out of the gym. It is going to start with your success roadmap. This is a plan that has step by step processes to get you your results. It is not going to be a cookie cutter style workout that happens at other gyms to just keep you active and moving the entire workout session, but not actually reaching your goals. The second thing is accountability. Your Buford Fitness coach is going to meet with you weekly and monthly to keep you on track to your goals. They are going to constantly remind you of the goals that you set for yourself. No one decides these goals but you. You came in and met with us and explained what your goals were and what the deeper meaning behind them were. For instance, you may have wanted to change to a healthier lifestyle. Or you may want to fit into your old clothes. Or you may want to look better in a bathing suit. Whatever it is, we are here to help. We’re also going to give you a personalized nutrition guide that is going to give you very fast results and allow you to keep them forever. It is valued at $300 but is included for free in the Athlete Resurrection program. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included. You’re also going to have a private environment with your Buford Fitness coach. They are going to be training you either one on one or semi privately. This small-size assures you get the one-on-one attention you need with a fitness family on your side. The problem today is people are working out in big groups. They are working with a trainer who is not able to pay attention to everyone in the group, they’re forcing little changes and getting frustrated with themselves. We don’t do that here because we are big on combining coaching with training. Our coaching strategies are completely different from the basic staff and trainers that other gyms who do not teach sustainable results or lifestyle habits.
Can The Buford Fitness Coach Teach Me Some Tricks?
When we first meet with clients, they often ask us how many meals a day they should be having. Your Buford Fitness coach is going to explain that it is important to have 3 whole meals a day and also why it is important to do so. At Built Phoenix strong, we give all of our clients a personalized nutrition guide that is going to give them some freedom and what they eat, while still having them eat healthy. So that their nutrition becomes sustainable and they can keep their results forever. A lot of our clients often ask us if they should do intermittent fasting, keto diets, or juice detoxes. We do not believe that these are the best source of getting sustainable nutrition and allowing them to keep their results. Coach Placid believes that you should be eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Within these meals, you should be having a lean protein source, a fruit or vegetable, a tablespoon of a good fat, and a starchy carbohydrate for breakfast and dinner. Within the first month of working with your Buford Fitness coach, they are going to explain why you should remove eating a carbohydrate during lunch. This is going to shock your body and kick-start your metabolism which is going to give you very fast results. Within the first two weeks of working with us our clients began to notice how quickly the weight is falling off of them using our nutrition guide and combining it with our workouts everyday. they have also reported an increase in energy within their first 10 days of working with us. 99.3% of our clients report an increase in energy within their first 10 days. But the way we do this is very different from any other personal training service. Your Buford Fitness coach is going to provide a success road map for you with step-by-step process has to get you your results. It is not going to be those generic style workouts that happen in other gems that keep you active and moving, but not actually reaching your goals. Second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly and monthly accountability meetings with metrics with you to keep you on track to your goals. At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 3245 minute workout session with that trainer, you aren’t going to hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout. We don’t do that here. You are going to hear from us every single day. On top of the nutrition guide, we also include a restaurant guide which teaches you how to order your food at a restaurant so that it’s healthy for you. Far too often when we go to a restaurant trying to be healthy we will order the fish thinking that it’s healthy. More times than not, that fish has been tossed in so much salt and butter that once it gets to your table it is no different than McDonald’s. This guide is going to fix that for you. Our clients really appreciate this when they are on the go with either work or personal life, vacation, etc. This helps keep them on track and not fall off the wagon. Majority of our clients when they first began working with us, are the type of people that do not eat breakfast. We quickly teach them why breakfast is in fact the most important meal of the day. The reason breakfast is the most important meal of the day is because it kick-starts your metabolism which allows your body to begin burning calories and fat throughout the day.
