Our workouts aren’t generic and consist of basic exercises just to keep you active and moving, but never actually obtain any results. We can guarantee you our workouts are more dynamic and involve a lot of compound exercises and active rest to keep your heart rate up the entire workout session. The second thing is accountability. We have weekly and monthly accountability meetings with metrics with you to keep you on track to your goals. At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30-45 minute workout session with your trainer, you won’t hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that. Our semi-private personal training packages keep the groups to no more than 4-5 people working out at a time. We have found that some clients who enjoy pushing themselves with other people absolutely love our small group training that we offer. The difference between us and another gym is our trainers are able to pay attention to everyone working out together unlike big group fitness classes where people are getting lost in the pack, seeing little changes, and getting frustrated they aren’t seeing any results.
