We have the perfect plan for everyone. the workouts are going to be challenging, but will get you into the best shape of your life. the best part about it is there is no thinking involved for you. you do not have to worry about what kind of workout you are doing that day. it is all going to be taken care of for you.
We are also going to provide a custom meal plan for you. Our meal plan is simple yet nutritious. It focuses on having whole foods that will help make your nutrition sustainable so you can keep your results forever. Our meal plan is included for free in our program. We are also going to include a restaurant guide to teach you how to order your food so it’s healthy. Far too often when we go to a restaurant we will try to be healthy by ordering fish. But more times than not, the fish has so much salt and butter on it. This is going to help you eliminate that and stay on track while eating out.
All of our clients send in meal pictures daily so we can discuss them in the accountability meetings. We are going to have weekly accountability meetings with you and your Buford Fitness coach. These accountability meetings help keep you on track and create new goals for yourself. We want to set small goals each week so that we stay motivated. One example of a small goal is remembering to send in all your meal pictures. All you have to do is take a quick photo before you eat each meal so we can see what you are eating.

The custom meal plan is going to be very simple yet nutritious for you to follow. This is one of the things our clients love about working with a Buford Fitness coach. Most of the time eating healthy involves foods that you may or may not like. with our meal plan. It is going to give you some freedom in what you eat but still eating healthy. For example, we are going to focus on high protein choices and carbs only twice a day. that depends on your body whether it’s going to be included with lunch or included with dinner. The most important thing is having a carb with your breakfast because you need energy to start your day.
Another thing we focus on with our nutrition guide is called automatic portion control. automatic portion control is fitting the food within the inner circle of the plate. portion size is everything when it comes to losing weight and getting into shape. This is a very simple yet efficient way of losing weight and keeping it off of you. Far too often our clients realize how large their portions were prior to working with us. They will learn how to control their portion sizes even at a restaurant. We also include a restaurant guide which helps you order healthy food at a restaurant.
