This is extremely important when you are trying to lose weight and get in shape. forming healthy habits does not just mean eating healthy. This can also mean drinking a gallon of water a day. or getting up to 8 hours of sleep every night. These are all examples of different healthy habits that we teach here.
We are going to create custom workouts for you based on your Fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight or build muscle, the workout will be tailored towards you. Another great way we introduce healthy habits is providing a custom meal plan for our clients. We are going to give them some freedom in what they eat, while still having them eat healthy. so that their nutrition is sustainable and they can keep your results forever. This is going to include a series of foods for you to choose from based on your Fitness goals. We focus on having high protein choices and less carbs throughout the day. This is so we can see which way your body responds better to. Having sustainable nutrition will help you tremendously with your workouts. Because when you are feeling your body properly, you will quickly start to see results and push yourself through workouts.
Our custom meal plan is included for free in our program with Buford personal training. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included. We are also going to include a restaurant guide which teaches you how to order your food at a restaurant. This will help you learn how to make healthy choices even while on the go. Everyone has busy lives and enjoys going out to eat. We are not telling our clients they cannot go out to eat. We simply want them to stick to their healthy habits and order the right food while out at a restaurant. This is another guide that is included for free in our program. You have a solution for everyone when it comes to healthy habits. for example, if you are the type of client who does not cook then we have a solution for you. We can provide a list of healthy food prep companies that you can order from. You will be able to order each week all the meals you need and they will be prepared for you.
This is another reason why working out with us is convenient and requires no thinking. We are going to take care of everything for you from the workouts to the meal plan. We are also going to hold you accountable every step of the way. Our trainers will create group chats with each one of our clients to send meal pictures in. The purpose of meal pictures is to see what you are having when you are not training.
