We want to make sure we can see what you are eating and if you are sticking to the plan. This is also important because of portion size. We want to make sure you are following the correct portion size when it comes to your meal plan.
This is why we have weekly accountability meetings with you to go over your meal pictures. we want to make sure all of the food is fitting within the inner circle of your plate. this is called automatic portion control, which is something we teach.
