On top of the workouts, we are going to provide a custom meal plan for you. This is to teach you how to fuel your body properly in order to create sustainable nutrition so that you can keep your results forever. Our meal plan is worth $300 but is included for free in our program. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included. Your meal plan is going to focus on helping you see results outside of the gym. It is extremely challenging to see results with poor nutrition, habits and just working out. Coach Placid’s famous line is you can’t  out train a bad diet. If you think about this, it is actually true. You can work out at a high intensity and still struggle with toning your midsection. 

This is why all of our clients send us pictures of their meals each day. This is so we can make sure they are sticking to the custom meal plan provided for them. Other gyms struggle with helping clients lose weight because they are not holding them accountable outside of the gym. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that. You are going to hear from us every single day. We are also going to review your meal pictures after every workout. This is called meal check-ins and we do this daily. 

We also have weekly accountability meetings with you to help keep you in track to reaching your fitness goals. These are done at the end of the week with your personal trainer to keep track of your progress. Because other trainers do not communicate with their clients outside of a workout. You won’t hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout. We don’t do that here.

Want you to focus on having real foods rather than a significant amount of processed foods. This is going to lead to health conditions like high blood pressure and high cholesterol. We want to avoid this, especially when trying to lose weight. 

We want to focus on having high protein choices that are leaner than other meats. If you do not eat meat, then we just want to stick to having lean sources of protein. For example, this could be tofu or egg whites. We will still be able to create the custom meal plan for you no matter what your dietary restrictions are. It is also important to fuel your body with a protein recovery shake after your workout. Your body needs to be able to replenish everything it just burnt off from the high intensity workout. This should be complete within a 30 minute timeframe after your workout. 

Your Alpharetta personal trainer is going to have weekly accountability meetings with you to keep you on track to your fitness goals. This is how they are able to keep track of your overall progress and celebrate what you are doing well. They want to make sure you are able to complete the work out within the allotted timeframe. Our average client loses 17 pounds or 4% body fat in their first month of working with us due to being consistent. You must remain consistent and patient in order to effectively see results with us.
