Each month, we are going to determine which meal your body responds better to with a carbohydrate. For example, your body may respond better to having carbohydrates with lunch. Other clients may respond better to having carbohydrates with dinner. These are the things we try to determine during your weekly accountability meetings. On top of your meal chickens, we have weekly accountability meetings with you. This is to help keep you on track to reaching your fitness goals.
