When you work with an Atlanta personal trainer, we like to share a tip of the day with you about health and wellness. This is to help get you into the best shape of your life. At Built Phoenix Strong personal training, we take a 3 step approach to health and wellness. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Your personal trainer is going to implement these systems into your life and it’s going to get you your results. So why train with us? Because we want you to reach your fitness goals. On average, our clients lose 17lbs or 4% body fat in their first month training 3 days a week. They also report an increase in energy within their first 10 days. Because the way we do things is very different from any other personal training service. 

The first step for you is having the right plan. Your Atlanta personal trainer is going to create a custom tailored workout plan for you based on your fitness goals. It’s not going to be those cookie-cutter workouts like what most trainers do. The second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly accountability meetings with you to help keep you on track to your goals. At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30-45 minute workout with a trainer, you won’t hear from them again until your next workout. We don’t do that here, you are going to hear from us Monday-Friday. 

We are also going to give you a personalized nutrition guide, which is great because it gives you very fast results and you’re able to maintain those results. This is worth $300, but is included for free in your membership. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included. Here with us, you’re also going to have a private environment. This small size assures you get the 1-on-1 attention you need with a fitness family on your side. Because these days at other gyms, there is no privacy.

People are working out in large bootcamps and when that happens no one is paying attention to you specifically. Then, you look in the mirror and don’t notice a single change. That won’t happen with your Atlanta personal trainer. Because are not just personal trainers, but fitness coaches. We coach you and hold you accountable. Our detailed coaching strategies allow you to have permanent results inside and out of the gym. At other gyms, you are only going to work with basic staff and personal trainers who meet bare minimum requirements. They are also going to simply guide you through a random, generic workout and not teach sustainable results or lifestyle habits. We don’t do that here.
