This is going to help you with your results so that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. You want to focus on having lean protein choices, such as ground, turkey or chicken. We also want you to have starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day. For the first month, we want you to have this with breakfast and dinner. Then the next month, you want to have carbohydrates with breakfast and lunch. It is also extremely important for you to have a protein recovery shake after each workout. Your body’s prime recovery mode is within 30 minutes after a workout. This is when you need to have your protein shake and make sure it is completely gone within that timeframe.
We are also going to have daily meal check-ins with you to help keep you on track to your fitness goals. It is important for us to see what you are eating especially on the days you are not working out with us. We will discuss what looks really good about the meal and what could be done differently.
