We have many clients who want to focus on gaining strength and building muscle. We can help you do this in your first month, just by having the right plan. What we do here is combine our three pillars of health. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Your fitness coach is going to implement the systems into your life and it’s going to get your results. Within your first month, you can even gain as little as 4 pounds of muscle by working out three times a week. We will get you into the best shape of your life, be able to maintain it, long-term, without even having to think about it. Because the way we do things here is very different from any other personal training service.

Your Buford fitness coach is going to put together the right plan for you. This is also what we call a success road map. Here, you are going to have a step-by-step process to help you reach your fitness goals. All of your workouts are going to focus on helping you gain strength. They are not going to be just random, generic workouts, like what happens at most gyms. Because those types of workouts, keep you active and moving, but not actually reaching your fitness goals. The most important thing when it comes to gaining strength is Having a planned workout each day. Gaining strength takes a lot of work, but can be accomplished. Your workouts are going to focus on percentages and keeping track of your progress. We do this by having weekly accountability meetings with you. This is where we will discuss what your Current achievements are. For example, how many reps you can do for benchpress.

Then, we will take different percentages from there to train each week. Your Buford fitness coach is going to provide custom workouts for you. At other gems, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30 to 45 minute workout session, you won’t hear from the trainer again until the next workout. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that. You are going to hear from us every single day. We are also going to give you a custom meal plan which is going to teach you how to fuel your body properly. So that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. Nutrition is extremely important when it comes to gaining strength. You must stay on top of your eating and stick to your meal plan. We are the experts here and can help you gain more strength. This can all be done the right way with your all inclusive membership. Most clients struggle with nutrition when it comes to gaining strength. Because they are simply not eating enough protein or enough meals. People do not realize how hard it is to gain more muscle, and doing it the right way.

At other gyms, meal plans are not included with memberships. We also offer one on one personal training, which is going to give you the undivided attention you deserve.

We want to coach you every step of the way and communicate on a daily basis. At other gyms, there is no accountability. You are going to hear from your Buford fitness coach every single day. We create group chats with all of our clients to send in meal pictures. We want you to send meal pictures so we can see what you’re eating. We also want to see  if you are sticking to the plan. This is also important because we want to focus on portion size. All of your food should fit within the inner circle of your plate. This is called automatic portion control, which helps you see results quicker. You want to focus on all of your food fitting on one plate. If you have multiple plates for your food, then it is simply too much food.

We will discuss all of this when we go over your meal plan. Each client has a custom meal plan based on their fitness goals. For example, someone looking to lose weight is going to have a different meal plan from someone looking to gain weight. The most important thing is learning how to fuel your body properly. So that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. Your meal plan is worth $300, but is included for free with your membership. At other gyms, nutrition, plans, or meal plans aren’t included.
