But this is not just personal training. We have what is called an all-inclusive membership. Within your membership, you are also going to have a custom meal plan and weekly accountability meetings. We will get you into the best shape of your life without you having to lift a finger.
All of your workouts are going to be custom tailored to your Fitness goals. For example, losing weight is going to look like a different plan from building muscle. It does not matter if you are trying to lose 10 pounds or 100 lb. We will have the right plan for you by your Buford Fitness coach. It starts with creating a success roadmap for you. You will not be successful if you do not have a plan. More importantly, you won’t get results if you don’t stick to the plan. Our workouts focus on strength training and little to no rest. We want the workout sessions to be very productive especially within 30 minutes. You are also able to work out for 45 minutes if you want to do that membership. Our clients love how efficient the workout sessions are because we do not waste time. Then after your workouts, we are going to have our daily meal check-ins.
Your Buford Fitness coach is going to review the meal pictures you send in your group chat. We want you to send mail pictures so we can coach you and hold you accountable. It is not as effective if you just tell us what you ate. We want to be able to make sure you are having the right portion size. with your custom meal plan. All of the food should fit on one plate. This is called automatic portion control. Automatic portion control will help you reach your goals quicker. This is why we focus on meal pictures to add another level of accountability.
But we are also going to have weekly accountability meetings with you and your Buford Fitness coach. This is how we are going to keep track of your overall progress. Our average client sees results in their first month of working with us. no matter if they are trying to lose weight or build more muscle. This is because we set small goals each week to keep you on track to your goals. We want to review your progress and talk about how we can get there. This is going to look different for every client. Your Buford fitness coach is first going to identify what your fitness goals are. Whether you are looking to lose 10 pounds or gain 10 pounds of muscle. They are going to create the right plan for you. This is going to get you into the best shape of your life with no thinking involved. All you have to do is show up and be ready to work out. Your workouts are going to be very effective within a 30 minute time frame. Our clients are amazed at how effective a work out can be with us in 30 minutes.
We are going to do a combination of strength, training and cardio and core exercises with your Buford fitness coach. This will all take place during your workout session at our facility. We have more what is known as a personal training health studio. This small environment allows you to have one on one attention with your personal trainer.
You are going to also have a custom meal plan provided within your membership. This is going to teach you how to fuel your body each day after a work out. Right after your work out, you want to have a protein recovery shake. This is going to replenish everything you just burnt off during your work out. If you want to build more muscle, it is extremely important to have a protein shake after your work out. You will want to have about 40 to 50 g of protein if you were a male. For females, you can have about 20 to 30 g of protein depending on your fitness goals. These are all things that your coach teaches you during your membership.
On top of that, you are going to have daily meal check-in‘s with your fitness coach. This is going to a sure that you send in your meal pictures in your group chat. We need to be able to see what you were eating especially on your days outside of the gym. This is where clients really struggle with staying on track. The cravings and Snacks really start to sneak into a clients nutrition. They are tempted to have more food than their meal plan requires. We want to help you stay on track every single day. So that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. Because the meal plan is worth $300, but is included for free in our program.
