What we do here with a Buford Fitness coach is create an all-inclusive membership. This means you are going to have custom tailored workouts, a custom meal plan and weekly accountability meetings. Your workouts are going to focus on your Fitness goals. whether you are looking to lose weight or build muscle. we are going to create the right plan for you. you can see results in as little as your first month of working with us. but the way we do things is very different from any other personal training service. We do not simply just call it personal training, but more of an all-inclusive membership at our health studio.
On top of the workouts, your Buford Fitness coach is going to provide a custom meal plan for you. This is going to teach you how to have a healthy relationship with food. Most of our clients struggle with eating healthy and being consistent with it. This is because they do not like a lot of healthy foods. Eating healthy does not have to be boring or monotonous. you have to learn how to fuel your body properly while still eating the foods that you like. The way we do this is we focus on portion control. all of your food should fit within the inner circle of your plate. Each plate has an inner circle and an outer circle. This is called automatic portion control. which is going to help you reach your goals quicker and maintain your results forever. Our custom meal plan is included for free, but is worth $300. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included.

We want to see how your body responds to having starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day for weight loss.
