Your meal plan is going to focus on having carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day. If you are looking to lose weight, then you will have less carbohydrates. You want to focus mainly on having high protein and smaller portions. If you want to build muscle, then you will have more carbohydrates and more protein. So that you can properly see more muscle definition. Your Buford personal trainer will do daily meal check-ins with you after your workouts. We want to make sure we are coaching you and holding you accountable to reaching your fitness goals. This is why we are coaches, not just personal trainers. We are providing detailed coaching strategies that allow you to have results inside and out of the gym. At other gyms, it’s training only and no coaching. Personal trainers simply guide clients through workouts, but do not teach sustainable results or lifestyle habits. We don’t do that here because we want you to be a client with us forever.
