Working with a Buford personal trainer will help you along your fitness journey, but it will also teach you about staying on track while traveling. At Built Phoenix Strong personal training, we will help get you into the best shape of your life. We have a 3 step approach when it comes to health and wellness. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. We are going to implement these systems into your life and it will help you reach your fitness goals. So why train with us? Your Buford personal trainer is going to put together the right plan for you because that is the first step. We do not train our clients like you with cookie-cutter workouts like what most gyms do. We are going to put together a custom workout plan for you based on your fitness goals. Whether you need to lose weight or want big muscles. The second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly accountability meetings with you to keep you on track to your fitness goals. At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30-45 minute workout, you won’t hear from your trainer until the next workout. We don’t do that here. You are going to hear from us Monday-Friday.
We are also going to give you a personalized nutrition guide, which is great because it gives you very fast results but more importantly you can maintain those results. This is how your Buford personal trainer will help you stay on track while traveling. Aside from working out, it is important to fuel your body properly. We are going to check on you Monday-Friday about your nutrition. This is included with your membership for free, but is worth $300. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included.

People are working out in large boot camps and no one is paying attention to you specifically. We don’t do that because we combine coaching and training. They simply guide you through some random workout and don’t teach you sustainable results or lifestyle habits like we do.
