It is important that you stick to the plan we give you. 

Your membership is also going to come with a custom meal plan for you. This is going to teach you how to fuel your body properly so that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. Your meal plan is included for free with your all inclusive membership. Your Buford, personal trainer is going to teach you about what to eat and how much of it you should have. For example, you want all of your food to fit within the inner circle of the plate. This is called automatic portion control. Which will help you lose weight quicker and keep weight off of you. We also want to focus on having high protein and a specific amount of carbohydrates per day. What this means is you want to have a limited amount of carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day.

Your body is going to be able to determine which meals it responds better with. For example, some people keep weight off by not eating carbohydrates with dinner. Others keep weight off by not having carbohydrates with lunch. Either way, your body is going to go into a shock phase and fat will shed off of you quickly. You also want to have a protein recovery shake after each workout. Your body has a recovery mode of about 30 minutes after a high intensity workout. This is when the body is in its prime mode to replenish everything it just burnt off.

It is also important for you to have a protein recovery shake after each workout. Your body needs to replenish everything it just burnt off during your high intensity work out with us.

The worst thing you can do for your metabolism is to actually skip breakfast. We are very big on this and encourage our clients to have three meals every single day. It is important that you have a carbohydrate with your breakfast in order to provide energy and get your day going right. On top of your workouts, we have weekly accountability meetings with you to help keep you on track to your fitness goals.
