Your workouts are going to be specific to your fitness schools. They are not going to be cookie-cutter workouts like what happens at most gyms. Because those types of workouts keep you active, but not actually reaching your fitness schools. Trainers are simply doing random workouts with you to pass the time during your workout session. We don’t do that here. The second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly accountability meetings with you to keep you on track to your goal. During your accountability meetings, Your personal trainer is going to check in with you and Coach you. On top of that, they are going to discuss a weekly topic.
