For weight loss, you want to focus on having starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day. Within your first month, you will either have carbohydrates with breakfast and dinner only. You want to see how your body responds to not having carbohydrates with your lunch. This is going to shock your body completely and help you see results in your first month. It is also important to have a protein recovery shake after such a high intensity workout.

 For weight loss clients you want to have about 25 to 30 g of protein after a high intensity workout. This needs to be complete within 30 minutes of your workout. That is when the body is in its prime recovery mode and needs to replenish what it just burnt off. If you want to gain strength, you need to increase your protein intake. Having a high amount of protein is going to build more muscle on the body. After your workout, you should have around 40 to 50 g of protein. this is going to help you see a noticeable difference in your muscle mass. you will also notice how you are able to gain weight.

Having a custom meal plan is great for gaining strength. Because when people want to gain strength, they typically have no idea where to start with nutrition.

The goal is to be able to complete all of your supersets in your workout.

We are going to have accountability meetings weekly with you to keep you on track to your goal. We communicate with you on a daily basis in your group chat. This is where you also will send in meal pictures daily to see what you are eating. This is especially important on the days you don’t have a workout scheduled.
