At Built Phoenix Strong, we will put together custom tailored workouts for you with step by step processes to your results. Then, we will also have a personalized nutrition guide for you for free, which is great because it’s going to give you very fast results but more importantly you will be able to keep those results long term. 

Lastly, we will have weekly accountability meetings with you. You may be wondering what the purpose of an accountability meeting is. It is to help keep you on track to your fitness goals and to celebrate your wins with you. We will talk about what you did really well that week during your workouts and what your upcoming goals are for the following week.

Then, we will do meal check-ins with you. We will go through your group message and look at your meal pictures from that week. We want you to send in your meal pictures so we can see what kinds of things you’re eating and what adjustments we need to make to your portions. Because we want to keep you on track to your fitness goals. 

When you first meet with your Roswell fitness coach, we will schedule a nutrition meeting with you. This is where you learn all about how to properly fuel your body so you can achieve the body transformation you want. We teach you about starchy carbohydrates, lean protein sources, and the purpose of healthy fats. Then, we put together a customized nutrition guide for you so that you can build your plate. This gives you some freedom in what you eat while still having you eat healthy so that your nutrition is sustainable and you can keep your results forever. Our nutrition guide is included in our program for free unlike other gyms. 

What we are doing right now is the first 7 days for only $1. That $1 goes to either the Safari Mission or the Prevent Cancer foundation. The Safari Mission is designed to teach business principles to underdeveloped areas in Africa so they can learn to grow businesses instead of needing constant donations. The Prevent Cancer foundation aims to prevent cancer from forming in the first place as opposed to curing it once it’s already spread.
