Some of our clients prefer to have a cleaner option of meal delivery services provided for them, which is definitely an option that you could do. On top of your custom meal plan, we are going to have you send in your meal pictures in your group chat with your personal trainer. That way we can see the kinds of things you are eating, especially on the days you are not meeting with your personal trainer. We will also talk about your meal pictures during your weekly accountability meetings and we will either tell you that your portions look great or we will tell you what changes or adjustments need to be made for the next meal. This adds another level of accountability that no other gym provides.
Outside of a workout session with another personal trainer, you are less likely to hear from them until it is time to schedule your next workout session. we don’t do that here, coach Placid hates that. you are going to hear from us every single day. We are also going to give you a restaurant guide which is going to teach you how to order your food at a restaurant so that it’s healthy for you.
