One of the best ways a Roswell Fitness coach can help a client lose anywhere from 50 to 100 lb, is incorporating interval training with them. interval training is when you complete a set of exercises within a certain amount of time. This is great for clients who are trying to lose a significant amount of weight because it holds them accountable and pushes them to a level they did not even think they were capable of reaching.
During the interval training, your Roswell Fitness coach is going to tell you exactly what the intervals are. For example, one set of exercises could be 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. then another exercise set could be 30 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest. it just depends on the type of exercises that you are doing with each client based on their current fitness level.
We have found that our clients who perform this type of interval training absolutely love it and they really enjoy how challenging it is and how much it pushes them. The reason for this is because it forces the client to not be able to rest or give up on themselves when they think they can’t complete an exercise or go to another set.
Once a client reaches their initial weight loss goal, your Roswell Fitness coach is going to implement a new style of workout for you so that we can continue to challenge you and you reach for a new weight loss milestone. For example, this is when we would start to introduce and incorporate interval training during your workouts. Our goal is to have each client of ours do some type of interval training within their first few months of working with us.
Aside from the workouts, we also include our other three pillars of health. fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Your Roswell Fitness coach is going to implement each Health pillar into your life and it’s going to get you your results but more importantly allow you to maintain those results long-term. you are going to have custom workouts based on your Fitness goals, custom meal plans, and weekly accountability meetings. This is all included with your personal training membership at Built Phoenix strong personal training.
At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a workout session with that personal trainer, you won’t hear from them again until it’s time for the next workout session. we don’t do that here, coach Placid hates that. you are going to hear from us every single day. we create a group chat with all of our clients so that can be our preferred method of communication with each client. Our clients absolutely love that we do this and are completely blown away by the amount of communication that is provided on a daily basis. This includes the days that all of our clients do not even meet with us that day.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a higher standard level then other gems and we take our communication to the next level. within each group chat, that is where our clients will send us pictures of all their meals throughout the day. We want to be able to see the things that they are eating, especially on the days that they are not meeting with us. All of these meal pictures are reviewed weekly during their accountability meetings where we not only talk about meals, but we also talk about goals for the inside of the gym and we celebrate the wins that have taken place in the gym that week.
If you are looking to get into strength training, then you need to work with a Roswell Fitness coach. At Built Phoenix Strong personal training, we will create custom tailored workouts for you based on your Fitness goals. A lot of our clients like to learn about strength training and want to incorporate split workout routines. Split workout routines basically means that one day they meet with us, they will be working and focusing on their lower body. Then the next day, they will be working and focusing on their upper body.
Split workout routines are ideal for our clients who are looking to build more muscle definition and have nice toned muscles. This is also going to be for a client working with the Roswell Fitness coach that has previous experience with strength training and free weights. On top of that, it is great for clients who may have conditions such as arthritis or lower back pain or a previous injury.
For example, one of our clients, Nalana, came to us needing to lose about 65 to 70 lb and her biggest concern was that her Roswell Fitness coach was not going to allow her to do split workout routines. It is very important for this client to do split workout routines because of her arthritis condition and her body needs to take longer rest days in between the workouts. She was extremely excited to start working with us when she found out that all of her workouts could be set up on a split workout routine basis. The biggest struggle that she was having with finding a coach was they were not willing to put together a custom workout plan for her, and they also were not willing to do split workout routines with her.
We absolutely love having clients who prefer to do split workout routines because our Roswell Fitness coach has years and years of experience with doing these style workouts. Furthermore, they will get you into the best shape of your life, allow you to maintain a long-term, without even having to think about it.
On top of the workouts, we also include our remaining pillars of health: nutrition and accountability. Every single client of ours is going to have a customized meal plan provided for them, which is great because it gives them very fast results and it allows them to maintain those results long-term. This is worth $300 but is included for free with our program.
Lastly, we also have weekly accountability meetings with each one of our clients to help keep them on track to their Fitness goals. During these accountability meetings, we talked about what each client has done really well within the past 7 days and what their goals are for the upcoming seven days. Our clients absolutely love that we do this and we also require each client to send in their meal pictures in their group chats that we communicate with them on a daily basis.
