You are going to send us meal pictures every single day in your group chat with your trainer. Then, we will review the meal pictures during the accountability meetings to go over what was good and what was bad. We want to make sure that you are sending meal pictures and so we will check on you every single day. We are also going to create small goals for you each week. That could be something like increasing weight for a certain exercise or sending a meal picture.
