But the way we do this is very different from any other personal training service. The first step for you is having the right plan. Buford personal training is going to create a custom tailored workout plan with step by step processes to your results. It’s not going to be a basic, generic workout that happens at other gyms to keep you active and moving, but not actually seeing results. Second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly and monthly accountability meetings with metrics with you to keep you on track to your goals. Other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30-45 minute workout session with a trainer, you won’t hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that.
