All of our workout plans are created based on your health goals. We do not just give everyone the same workout plan because that is generic and what other gyms do. We don’t do that here. We are also going to have weekly accountability meetings with you to keep you on track towards your goals. How many other gyms do you know out there that do this? The answer is none. Buford personal training will communicate with each client every single day no matter if they have a workout session scheduled or not. Far too often when we go to a restaurant trying to be healthy will order the fish thinking that it’s healthy. But more times than not that fish is tossed in so much salt and butter that once it gets to your table it is like eating a McDonald’s hamburger. This guide is going to fix that for you.

We offer one-on-one or semi-private personal training packages. 1 on 1 will always be one-on-one with your Fitness coach, while semi-private can be one-on-one but it’s never going to be more than four to five people. This small size a shirt if you get the one-on-one attention you need with a fitness family on your side. A lot of times at other gyms, there is no privacy. People are working out in big groups, leaving you last in the pack, seeing little changes, and getting frustrated. 2 months later, you were looking for a new place to work out and now you have just discovered Built Phoenix strong personal training. At other gyms, the staff and trainers only meet the bare minimum requirements and prerequisites. We don’t do that Here because we’re big on combining coaching with training. Our detailed coaching strategies allow for permanent results inside and out of the gym. At other gyms, it is training only and no coaching.
