In order to reach your goals it is imperative that you have a specific plan tailored towards you. The second thing is accountability. We are going to have weekly and monthly accountability meetings with metrics with you to keep you on track to your fitness goals. At other gyms, there is no accountability. Outside of a 30-45 minute workout session with your personal trainer, you won’t hear from them again until it’s time for your next workout session. We don’t do that here, Coach Placid hates that. You are going to hear from us every single day.
We are also going to give you a personalized nutrition guide, which is going to give you very fast results and allow you to keep them forever. It is worth $300, but is included for free in our program. At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included and typically cost more than $300 to have a personal trainer customize a meal plan for you. Here with us, you are also going to get a private environment. This small size assures you get the 1-on-1 attention you need with a fitness family on your side. We like to keep our groups small to no more than 4-5 people working out at a time. Because at other gyms, there is no privacy. At many other gyms you are working out in big groups, leaving you lost in the pack, seeing little changes, and getting frustrated. Then 2 months later, you are looking for a new personal trainer to work out with. To help with that, we have a state of the art staff.
