The most important thing aside from the workouts is nutrition. This is why we create custom meal plans for all of our clients. Most of the time people do not know how to fuel their body properly to see results. Especially when it comes to weight loss. It is very common for clients to fall off track with their progress because of their nutrition. We want to teach you everything you need to know to maintain your results. So that your nutrition of sustainable, and you can keep your results forever. Our custom meal plan is included for free in our program. This is included with your membership with us.

Buford Personal training is going to provide a series of lists of foods for you to choose from. For example, each meal should consist of a lean protein option and a healthy fat. This is going to help you push through the end of your work out when it seems impossible. Healthy fats are really what carries you through the rest of your work out. If you are looking to lose weight, then you will have starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals every single day. It is very important that you do not miss a meal each day. This will slow down your metabolism and your overall progress.

We also discuss these types of things during your weekly accountability meetings with us. We want to keep track of your progress in the gym and outside of the gym. This is why we have no pictures sent daily to us from our clients. Each client has a group chat they will send meal pictures in. The meal plan is easy to follow if you just stick with it.

Your personal trainer is going to put together the custom workout plan for you as well as meal plan. This is what separates us from other gyms because meal plans are not included. We want this membership to be all inclusive for you.

We do not want to waste anyone’s time when they come in and work out with us. Your workouts seem to be affective and we do this within a 30 minute timeframe. Our clients are amazed. How many exercises can take place within a 30 minute session. That is because we create custom tailored fitness plans for our clients. All of the workouts are going to be tailored towards your specific fitness goals. This could mean you want to lose 4% body fat. Or your goal could be to lose 70 pounds. We avoid this by having weekly accountability meetings with you. Your weekly accountability meetings are to help keep track of your progress. For example, the first week you didn’t make it through the entire work out. Then, the next week, you were able to get through the entire work out. This is an example of the things we go over during your weekly accountability meetings. Another example of accountability is sending in daily meal pictures. Each client has a group chat with us so we can see their meals every day. We wanted to make sure our clients are staying on track with their meal plan. Especially on the days they are not working out with us. This is when the natural tendency start to creep in and they may fall off track.
