The first step for you is having the right plan. Buford, personal training is going to create a success roadmap for you so you can see results in your first month of working together. This is going to be a step-by-step process to your guaranteed results. Our average client sees results in their first month of working with us. The workouts are going to be a Taylor towards your specific fitness goals. That could be weight loss, or it could be adding more muscle mass to your body. It does not matter what the Golez, as long as you are willing to put in the work.

Our personal training is going to be one on one with you for personal training. This means that it is just you and your personal trainer working together the entire session. We are able to create effective workouts, but still see real results. These workouts can take place in a 30 minute or 45 minute time frame. It is going to include several types of strength, training, cardio, and core exercises.

Buford personal training also includes a custom meal plan for each client. This meal plan is going to teach you how to fuel your body properly. So that your nutrition and sustainable and you can keep your results forever. This meal plan is a $300 value, but is included for free with your membership package. We want to teach you about proper nutrition so that you can stay on track. This is one of the biggest reasons people fall off the wagon with their fitness journey. It is important for you to have three meals every single day. If you are weight loss, you only want to have starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals. A starchy carbohydrates is going to be a healthier carbohydrate. For example, it could be beans or rice. Preferably brown rice over white rice. We want to avoid things like bread, because bread, stores as fat to our bodies and all of our trouble areas. This goes especially for women. Pizza, tacos, and pasta or other common examples of carbohydrates that we want to avoid. If we want to get results, we have to avoid the food cravings.
