Our meal plan is worth $300, but is included for free in our program.
At other gyms, nutrition plans aren’t included. For a weight loss meal plan, you want to have starchy carbohydrates with two out of three meals per day. You don’t need to have carbohydrates with every single meal. This is a big mistake people make when it comes to weight loss. They think they are able to out train a bad diet. However, Coach Placid teaches you this is not the case.
It is extremely challenging to lose weight if you are eating fast food every single day. This is why a custom meal plan is extremely important to maintain your results long-term. You will be amazed how much you can accomplish in a 30 minute time span.
