With Buford personal training, you are going to have what’s called an all-inclusive membership. With our membership, you are going to have full access to our three pillars of health. Fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Your personal trainer is going to implement these systems into your life and it’s going to get you your results. The first step for you is having the right plan. all of your workouts are going to be custom tailored to your specific Fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight or build more muscle. We will design the perfect plan for you to see results in your first month.
In order to see results, you must have a specific plan designed to make your body see those changes. Think of it like painting a picture of the human body. If you follow a plan and draw a picture, you will have a beautiful picture in the end. Whereas if you didn’t follow a plan, the picture will look jumbled and you will have to start over. This is very similar to working out. People will start working out for a few months and then stop. then they try to switch to a different type of workout for a little while and then stop. We will take the thinking out of it for you at Buford personal training. All you have to do is show up and be ready to work. We will put together a custom workout plan for you to help you reach your Fitness goals. We have clients that see results in as little as their first month of working with us because of our plans.
This is all going to be included with your membership at Buford personal training. On top of that, you are also going to have a custom meal plan provided. This is going to teach you how to fuel your body properly. Your meal plan is going to depend on your Fitness goals. If you are looking to lose weight, you will only have carbohydrates with two meals a day. In your first month, you are going to have carbohydrates for breakfast and dinner. In month 2, you are going to have carbohydrates for breakfast and lunch. This is going to shock your body and help you gain more results. you are also going to have daily meal check-ins with us. your personal trainer is going to ask you to send mail pictures in your group chat. This is how we communicate on a daily basis. At other gyms, there is no daily communication. You only hear from your personal trainer when it’s time to work out. we don’t do that here, coach Placid hates that. you are going to hear from us every single day.
We are also going to have weekly accountability meetings with you. During your accountability meetings, you are going to check in on your overall progress. We want to keep track of how close you are to reaching your Fitness goals. no matter if you are looking to lose weight or build more muscle.

You are going to have a custom meal plan provided for you based on your fitness goals with your membership. Buford personal training is going to provide a series of foods for you to choose from that will fuel your body properly. For example, you want to make sure you are having three meals each day. you specifically want to have breakfast because it is going to kickstart your metabolism for the day. You also want to make sure you are having a starchy carbohydrate with your breakfast.
This is going to help with your energy for the day. within your first month, you only need to focus on having carbohydrates with two out of three meals. On top of your custom meal plan, You are also going to have a restaurant guide. This is something our clients love because so many of us go out to eat often. It is extremely difficult to eat healthy while out at a restaurant. This guide is going to fix that for you. It will teach you how to order your food at a restaurant so that it’s healthy for you. You will be able to remove all the bad things like salt and butter. This is why eating out can be bad for you because of the way food is prepared.
